Our core class focuses on strength and stabilization of the core to improve balance, kinesthetic control, and promote a natural posture.  This class is recommended for anyone seeking to improve basic fitness or specific needs work with their low back, abdominals, and hips. The class is limited to 10 participants.

Cost: Members: Free, Non-members: $5.00
