Strength & Conditioning Circuit

Circuit Class

A fitness class for all levels and abilities! General strength and condition circuit designed to improve your fitness both on the climbing wall and in your daily life. Participants will be exposed to a variety of challenging movements and modalities (e.g. steel mace, medicine ball, kettlebells,  calisthenics) all under the direct guidance of a qualified TRG  fitness instructor. The class is limited to 10 participants.

Cost: Members: Free, Non-members: $5.00

Duration: 1 hour

Age requirement: 12+
